Sinner's Prayer, Prayer for Salvation

You May Go Directly to the Sinner's Payer

God is perfect, holy and loving.  Man is sinful and separated from God.  Sin is more than wrong thoughts or actions, it is a heart inclined towards evil.  Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory God.    Apart  from God's grace, man has no hope.  But  "God demonstrates His own love for us in this, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8  Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord."   Jesus took away our sins by his death on the cross so that He could be the bridge between God and us.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16  Jesus tells us..."I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6  Jesus is the only way to the Father and His kingdom.  We have the privilege of having a personal relationship with God  through Jesus Christ and His death on the cross.  But it does not end at the cross.  God raised Jesus from the grave and He is alive today!  "If you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation." Romans 10:9,10  Through the resurrection of our Savior, Jesus Christ, we have victory over death.  We can live eternally with Him in heaven.  We cannot get to God nor Heaven by our own means, it is only through belief in Christ Jesus that we receive this free gift of salvation.  "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this not from yourself, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no man can boast."  Ephesians 2:8,9

"Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed." Romans 10:11

"Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." Romans 10:13

If you have not yet made The Lord, Jesus Christ your personal Savior but feel you are ready to do so now,  just say this short but meaningful prayer below and believe in Him to fulfill all you will ever need.

Sinner's Prayer

Dear Lord Jesus,

I admit that I am a sinner and I am in need of you and your forgiveness.  I want to turn from my sins and follow you completely.  I  believe that You are the Son of God who died on the cross for me and all my sins; you were buried and rose to life again.  I accept the Father's gift of eternal life through faith and belief in you alone.   I receive you as Lord and Savior of every part and area of my life forever and ever.

In Jesus' Name.  Amen

Once you have made the decision to make Jesus the Lord of your life, if you are not already a part of a Bible believing church, search for a church family that will encourage you and help you grow in your new life with Christ.  Be baptized in Jesus Name. (Romans 6:3,4; Colossians 2:11,12) and in the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:11, Acts 1:5 , which is a continuous process as the Holy Spirit works through you.)

Pray daily(1 Thessalonians 5:17) Read the Word of God daily (Romans 10:17)  and build on the precious relationship with our Lord that He is waiting and willing to share with you.  Tell others about Jesus and love them.   For God commands this,    "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19,20   Keep these commandments and you will keep all others, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.  This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it:  "Love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:37-40

Welcome to the Family!!!

Please share your decision (By Using Our Prayer Request Link) with us so that we may rejoice with the angels in Heaven.  "I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent."  Luke 15:7

Galatians 2:20. "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
